We want to make a visit to your second home as easy and as pain free as possible.
With frequent checks and updates we can let you know if anything is not how it should be and attend to it as soon as we get the go ahead. We can also make an external check of your property after a bad storm or high winds.
We can also arrange for a number of other services if required including: housekeeping, gardening, general maintenance, food packages, vehicle maintenance, boiler services, window cleaning and service, interior design, extensions and building works (with our sister company).
Checks
We have two types of checks that can be configured to your liking. These can be carried out however many times per month you would like and are designed to prevent any major problems by catching them early.
External Check - £20 per check
Walk around the whole property
Roofing check (slipped tiles/damage)
Guttering check (breakages/blockages)
Signs of break in
Broken glass
Check all doors are locked
Check outer grounds of house & any gates
Internal Check - £35 per check

Walk through property - look for issues
Check for leaks
Check for power cuts
Check for rodents
Check/set heating
Meter readings
A standard set up fee of £99 will be charged upon signup. This is to cover an initial meeting and the setup of your account, along with compiling checklists and floor plans.
