House Checks

We can hold a key for your property and check in on a regular basis when you are not there.

Access

We can also meet people at the property to take a delivery or to give someone access upon authorisation from a list of approved contacts.

Key Boxes

If you would prefer, we can provide and install a key box on your property. This may be useful if you are letting your property out.

Emergencies

We can also attend call outs in an emergency. If your alarm is going off, or you simply forgot to lock the back door after leaving, we can go and sort the problem out. Extra charges may apply.

All of the keys that we hold are stored securely in a key cabinet. Each key is unidentifiable so there is no chance that any unauthorised person would be able to gain access to your property. We would always confirm with the home owner before allowing anyone into the property unless they are on an approved list.

2024 Prices -

Our key holding price for this year is £15 per month.

Any callouts will be charged at an hourly rate.

Call outs (9am-5pm) are charged at £25 per hour.

Call outs (out of hours) will be charged at £50 per hour.
