We can hold a key for your property in case of emergency or to let tradesmen and visitors in.
We can take care of any jobs on your property, whether it is a planned maintenance job or an urgent call out.
How it works
We will attend your home for an informal meeting to discuss your needs and requirements.
On approval of our services, we will tour the house with the homeowner and draw up a list of checks that should be made.
Every time we visit the house for a full check we will go through this list and notify you of any problems arising.
You will be given a link to your own personal calendar where dates will be added for checks, maintenance, deliveries etc.
